Rabbit Hole
  • We Are Element

Element Collective builds concepts so simple, they're almost radical. Balancing progressive ideas and approachable experiences, Element Collective keeps an eye towards the future alongside a respect for the history behind the craft that guides each project. Far beyond a traditional hospitality group, Element Collective is built by a passionate team that incorporates fresh ideas and time tested experience to create experiences for an audience who is as varied and eclectic as they are.

  • Dining & Drink

Guided by Chef and partner Jared Van Camp, Element Collective strives to celebrate the simplicity of each ingredient- whether that is refined pasta at Nellcôte or elevated bar food at Old Town Social. They work directly with suppliers who put heart into their products and create dishes that celebrate the quiet power of sharing a meal.

  • Craft

A Wood fired grill, handmade pasta, a roaring fire and innovative cocktails are just a few ways that Element Collective highlights the technical possibilities at each of their properties. We delight in the craft that's produced when technical skill meets passion.

  • Design

Each Element property is designed with a concept in mind. These concepts are not based on demographics or neighborhood numbers, they're inspired by real places, real people, real moments in time. From Villa Nellcôte to a Dada inspired Champagne salon, each place has a story to tell.

  • Service

Welcome to our home. Our bar, our kitchen. Share a dish of simple pasta with us. Enjoy a local game while sitting by our fire. Chow down on a Nashville hot chicken sandwich with a BYOB bottle. We take hospitality seriously, but not too seriously.
